2026 Whitetail Week I

Putting Hunting Back in the Hunt

We have made a few changes in the way we operate our hunts. Specifically, the way we manage our trail cam images. In past years, we have shared with our hunters the expected shooter bucks for each bait stand. This year we are going in the opposite direction. We are sharing the “do not shoot” list. This puts the decision in the hands of the hunter, knowing that a buck may be at one stand one day and several miles away at another the following day, especially when chasing does.

The Trophies are the Proof

The muzzleloader/Archery week was a great success. When we can harvest 9 1/2 and 10 1/2 year-old bucks. That is a huge win for us. Here is Doug with his 9 1/2 year-old 303 pound Saskatchewan Whitetail.

John, Doug’s good buddy was able to bring home a 10 1/2 year-old 296 pound tank! Congratulations to these two guys looking forward to hunting with you guys again.

The age of these deer is not a guess! We take pride in our Deer management. We age every single deer that we harvest.
